I just thought I’d put it out there, for all you non-dairy eating peeps… You can still enjoy pizza!
We have pizza maybe once a month or so. I have a wonderful, fool-proof recipe for the crust (Jamie Oliver, of course) that’s super easy to make. It makes quite a lot too, so I have enough to freeze half, for the next meal.
Toppings really, are up to you. Here we had pepperoni, fresh basil, red peppers, and garlic. Mmmm.
Who needs cheese anyway? It basically tastes just as good (if not better…since you can actually taste all of the flavours without a coating of cheese on top). Easily one of my favourite meals.
